  • Inclusive Tickets: All necessary permits for the Inca Trail, entrance tickets to Machu Picchu, and bus and train tickets are included.

Cusco - Ollantaytambo - Km 104 - Wiñaywayna - Inca Trail Hiking to Machu Picchu.

  • Early Morning Pickup in Cusco: Start your adventure with an early hotel pickup in Cusco between 3:45 and 4:15 a.m. We also offer pickup in the Sacred Valley.
  • Drive to Ollantaytambo Station: Enjoy a 1 hour and 45-minute drive to the Ollantaytambo train station, with beautiful landscapes at dawn.
  • Train to Km 104: Board a train at 6:40 a.m. towards Km 104, where your adventure to Machu Picchu begins.
  • Meeting the Guide & Starting the Hike: At Km 104, meet your guide and show your permits at the Inca Trail control point.
  • Hiking to Wiñaywayna: Climb from 2000m to 2700m over approximately 3 hours to the archaeological site of Wiñaywayna.
  • Exploration and Lunch at Wiñaywayna: Explore the site and enjoy a lunch provided by your guide.
  • Hike to Intipunku (Sun Gate): Continue with a 2-hour hike to Intipunku, with stunning views of Machu Picchu.
  • Descent to Machu Picchu: Descend for 45 minutes to the main site of Machu Picchu.
  • Exploring Machu Picchu: Explore the upper part of Machu Picchu and take iconic photos. Spend about 1 hour here.
  • Departure to Aguas Calientes: Take a 30-minute bus to Aguas Calientes and check into your hotel.
  • Evening in Aguas Calientes: Enjoy a special dinner at a local restaurant and discuss plans for the next day with your guide.

The Most Important Day – Machu Picchu Tour! - Return to Cusco

  • Early Morning: We will get up at 4:30 AM and have breakfast at 5:00 AM. Then, we will take one of the first buses at 5:30 AM from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu. The approximately 30-minute trip will take us to the main gate of Machu Picchu, which opens at 6 AM.
  • Guided Tour in Machu Picchu: Upon arriving at Machu Picchu at 6 AM, we will enter the lower area of the archaeological site. The guide will take us on a 2.5-hour tour of the most important sites. Afterward, we will have 30 minutes to explore on our own. The maximum time allowed inside Machu Picchu is 3 hours.
  • Waynapicchu or Machu Picchu Mountain: For those who have booked an additional ticket for Waynapicchu or Machu Picchu Mountain, the guide will assist you to reach the entrance at the assigned time. The hike to Waynapicchu lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours. No guide service is provided for these mountains, but they are safe places, monitored by cameras and park rangers.
  • Return to Aguas Calientes: After visiting Machu Picchu, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, a 30-minute trip. You will have free time to tour the town, rest, and have lunch if you wish. Then, we will go to the train station to take the train that usually leaves at 2:30 PM or 2:55 PM to Ollantaytambo. The train ride takes approximately 1.5 hours. At the Ollantaytambo station, a transfer will take us back to Cusco on a 2-hour trip, dropping us directly at our hotel.
