Transfer from your hotel at approximately 5.30 -5.45 am. The train ride consists of spectacular views of this wonderful land of the Incas. You will see amazing landscapes of mountains and valleys, Inca farming terraces on both sides of the valley, snowcapped mountains, and sub-tropical jungles near the rainforest. From Pachar, the sacred Vilcanota river will be our companion until we arrive at Aguas Calientes (2000m) also known as Machu Picchu Pueblo. Your guide will meet you at the train station and transfer you to the bus for a 25-minute ride to Machu Picchu. A guided tour of Machu Picchu also called “The Sacred temple of the Incas” takes approximately 2 hrs and then you have some free time for photos. Then, you will come down to Aguas Calientes to enjoy your lunch in a local restaurant. this is optional and not included. After lunch, you will catch the train at 15:20 or 16:22 pm to Ollantaytambo. Peru Hikers bus will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel.
